Yes. WIFI is available everywhere, but works primarily with an eduroam account. If you do not have one, please register at https://www.uam.es/uam/en/tecnologias-informacion/servicios/red-wifi-temporal-visitantes to obtain a temporary access to UAM’s visitor network.
Are printing facilities available?
Yes. But this is the printer of the secretary and can only be used for “emergencies”.
What recreational facilities are available?
The swimming pool may be open weather conditions permitting. There is a basketball court as well as a soccer ground, but they are unfortunately in no good condition.

There are no problems with Vodafone or Movistar.
Can we extend our stay at the La Cristalera to arrive earlier or depart later?
No, the La Cristalera is not a hotel, it is a guest house of the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and only opens for the workshop.
