Registration

Registration happens via the official payment page where we ask for a flat fee of EUR 600,- that includes full board, the courtesy bus shuttle, all coffee breaks, and a BBQ. You need to make payment before June 1st using this website:

To the La Cristalera on Sunday, July 7:

17:00h Atocha train station:

18:30h arrival at the La Cristalera right on time for the welcome drinks and buffet @ 20:30h

From the La Cristalera on Friday, July 12:

14:00h La Cristalera departure

15:00h Airport T4 drop-off (no further stops afterwards)

Public Transportation

In any case, there is also public transportation: if you plan to make your own way to the La Cristalera, you would need to take the bus #725 departing Plaza de Castilla. Tickets can be purchased on the bus, but you require exact change! A single trip is ca. EUR 6,-. But public transportation takes a substantial amount of time and will not get you to the La Cristalera but only to the village Miraflores de la Sierra; from there it is another 2.5km walk (on a road with no curb) to the workshop venue. We therefore discourage you from this option.

Taxi/Uber/Cabify

A taxi ride from the airport to the La Cristalera costs ca. EUR 80,-, but only if you book the taxi in advance. If you require that service, please check, for instance, the following website:
