The meeting will take place at the Dunford House, a beautiful and discreet venue set in 60 acres of private woodland in West Sussex at the foot of the stunning South Downs, only 1 hour from London.

Is there a registration fee?
The GBP 200 include the registration fee. Note that we require a deposit of the full GBP 200 upon acceptance to the workshop which is non-refundable. And if you require financial support, please ask.
What is the price for the accommodation?
The registration fee includes 5 nights full board, Sunday 7 July - Friday 12 July (leaving after lunch).

How do I get to the hotel?
Travel to the Dunford house has to be organised individually.
There are two different travel routes depending on whether you arrive at
Heathrow or Gatwick. If you arrive at Heathrow, you need to take a bus and train to Haslemere, followed by a taxi to Dunford house (Dunford Hollow, Midhurst). If you arrive at Gatwick, you need to take a train to Chichester and a taxi to Dunford house (Dunford Hollow, Midhurst). Timetables and further information can be found below or at www.nationalrail.co.uk.

How quickly do I need to register?
The number of participants is limited so you better be quick.
Can I cancel my registration?
Anyone who needs to cancel their participation less than 8 weeks before the workshop has either to find a substitute participant or has to pay the hotel costs.

We have a limited amount of funding available to subsidise expenses of participants. Where possible, we would prefer that people use their own resources (eg local CosmoComp travel money) so that we can support as many needy people as possible. Funding priority will be given to active code developers and especially to students. However, if anyone has need of financial support, please ask.
